This role focuses on providing direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists, designing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing ABA data to drive program changes. The BCBA will also maintain communication with families and administration, and conduct assessments as needed.
What you'll do
- Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
- Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis.
- Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration.
- Conduct assessments as needed.
