What you'll do

• Guide UAS technical direction from requirements through design, build, first flight, and qualification
• model propulsion and environmental performance
• qualify motors, propellers, ESCs, and batteries
• own GNC architecture, tuning, estimator configuration, and sensor selection
• design and execute flight test campaigns
• lead and mentor testing and quality assurance.
