Fitness Associate

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions following Stretch Zone protocols and individualized client programming
• conduct initial and 30-day reassessments
• make daily outbound lead calls
• convert free trials or demonstrations into paying memberships
• pre-book each client’s next session
• check in with clients to monitor satisfaction and progress and identify members at risk of canceling.
