• Lead current-production cost reduction and global new-program sourcing
• collaborate with stakeholders
• process purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery
• develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and launch
• lead data collection, analysis, and negotiations
• manage strategic supplier contracts and relationships
• communicate agreements and progress
• conduct supplier assessments and performance reviews
• monitor supply markets and forecasts
• approve sourcing decisions
• develop cost models.
