Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinic-Based ABA

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinic-Based ABA role is onsite in Linden, MI. Compensation is $65–$75 per hour. The position supports Learning Path ABA Services’ clinic-based care for children and families. The BCBA oversees individualized assessment and treatment, guides technicians and registered behavior technicians, and uses client data to inform care. The role contributes to client progress through consistent, ethical ABA services and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Conduct and oversee assessments and individualized treatment plans
• develop, update, and monitor skill-acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans
• supervise and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• review client data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• train caregivers and technicians
• maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate with families, leadership, and treatment-team members
• follow BACB ethics, payer requirements, HIPAA, and company policies.
