What you'll do

• Administer construction contracts for MDOT and MDOT Local Agency Program projects
• manage and supervise field engineers and inspectors
• support business development and proposal development
• manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• provide constructability expertise to design teams
• ensure field staff have tools and safety equipment
• maintain client relationships
• participate in QA/QC reviews
• develop applications, permits, specifications, reports, and presentations
• attend client, staff, and project meetings
• maintain a safe work environment.
