Facility Manager

The Facility Manager role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, paying $25–$27 per hour, depending on qualifications. The manager supports Lucky Strike Entertainment’s bowling centers and other location-based entertainment venues, helping keep the guest experience running without interruption. The role leads facility maintenance and repairs, oversees preventative maintenance, and manages vendors, contractors, inventory, and budgets. By addressing issues and maintaining safe, reliable equipment and building systems, the manager helps prevent downtime and support guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• schedule preventative maintenance and system checks
• document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance
• troubleshoot issues as the on-site technical expert
• manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices and technical skills
• provide technical support during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
