What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards
• keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and hazard-free
• remove trash and recycling
• restock clean items
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist kitchen staff with basic tasks
• report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.
