What you'll do

• Scan financial aid documents into CVUE
• confirm appointment settings
• assist Admissions with prospective students, including pre-qualification and Title IV eligibility checks
• assist with FAFSA completion and determine federal aid eligibility
• enter awards into CampusVue
• ensure aid packaging and disbursement follow Title IV requirements
• identify award-delivery issues and coordinate resolution
• assist with workshops and outreach
• conduct exit interviews
• communicate with students about financial aid paperwork and matters.
