What you'll do

• Own relationships with high-profile GMP-regulated life sciences customers and serve as primary escalation and governance contact
• identify risks to product integrity, chain of custody, temperature control, and compliance
• lead cross-functional resolution of escalated issues
• influence service design, service-level agreements, and recovery strategies
• support audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective and preventive action development
• partner with Quality on procedures, quality agreements, and change control
• lead quarterly business reviews
• communicate operational and compliance insights to executives
• resolve claims and deviations
• educate customers on validated processes and compliant solutions
• identify partnership and service improvement opportunities
• travel to customer sites occasionally as needed.
