What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• identify needs, preferences, budgets, and vehicle requirements
• present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• conduct test drives and walkarounds
• respond to showroom, internet, phone, text, and email leads
• manage follow-up in VinSolutions
• coordinate transactions and deliveries with sales and finance management
• and meet sales and customer-satisfaction objectives.
