The Assistant Center Director (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) role is onsite in New Bern, NC. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 per year, based on experience. Total Care ABA provides clinic-based and in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services. The role combines clinical oversight and operational leadership to support the center’s launch and daily management. It helps ensure high-quality ABA services, effective team performance, and efficient operations as the center grows.

What you'll do

• Oversee clinical services, treatment quality, assessments, and data-driven programming
• manage scheduling, caseload distribution, workflow, and center efficiency
• supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
• conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• support training and clinical competency
• lead center start-up activities
• support client onboarding and treatment planning
• and monitor growth and retention with leadership.

Why this role
