CAD/CAM Milling Department Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily CAD/CAM department operations and production timelines
• oversee CAD design of crowns and bridges to client specifications and industry standards
• operate and maintain milling and sintering equipment
• collaborate with dentists and technicians on case planning and adjustments
• coordinate workflows with other department managers
• develop quality control protocols
• train and mentor staff
• manage raw material and supply inventory
• prepare monthly performance reports
• ensure health and safety compliance.
