What you'll do

• Supervise, monitor, and coach facility personnel and performance
• oversee operating expenses and productivity
• receive, store, quality-control, and reconcile inventory
• process paperwork and forward data
• report vehicle maintenance issues and help coordinate upkeep
• implement policies and maintain facility performance metrics and incident reports
• make occasional deliveries in a non-CDL pickup truck
• oversee facility cleanliness, condition, and equipment
• assist customers, carriers, and contractors
• oversee security, health, safety, and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with Human Resources on staffing and performance matters
• schedule driver and warehouse training
• follow applicable workers’ compensation, DOT, DEP, and safety standards
• maintain a flexible schedule that includes irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
