What you'll do

• Track and trace inbound shipments
• log, dispatch, and monitor shipments through delivery
• follow up on exceptions
• coordinate special handling and value-added services
• update shipment files and review reports
• validate invoices, charges, settlements, and closeouts
• maintain auditable records
• analyze operational and financial data
• support automation, system enhancements, integrations, workflow improvements, and documentation.
