What you'll do

• Oversee daily HR, administrative, and operational functions
• recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and support caregiver staff
• maintain staffing levels
• review timekeeping for payroll approval and administer benefits and records
• ensure licensing, training, documentation, personnel-file, and quality-assurance compliance
• monitor incidents, complaints, audits, and corrective actions
• lead administrative meetings and track operational performance
• participate in the required on-call rotation and coordinate urgent staffing responses. Emergency client care may be needed as a last-resort coverage solution.
