What you'll do

• Develop recruitment plans with Human Resources leadership
• confer with hiring managers on role requirements and recruitment strategy
• source and screen candidates using recruitment platforms
• improve job postings
• coordinate interviews and pre-hire communications
• attend job fairs and recruitment events
• maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
• analyze hiring metrics
• collaborate on recruitment marketing and employer branding
• support compliance with employment laws and agency policies.
