What you'll do

• Coordinate patient follow-up and refill assessments
• review inventory and process orders
• document progress notes
• communicate with patients, caregivers, clinicians, and warehouse staff
• update medication profiles in the EMR
• follow up with physician offices
• notify reimbursement staff of status changes
• assist pharmacists with laboratory values and delivery representatives with pickup scheduling.
