What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems
• perform warranty and internal repairs under customer agreements
• maintain equipment and repair records in inventory software and databases
• follow electrostatic discharge safety requirements
• communicate equipment needs to the supervisor
• assist with moving, sorting, and loading goods up to 50 pounds
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
