What you'll do

• Serve as the client’s day-to-day executive counterpart
• lead Forward Deployed Engineer and delivery pods
• structure statements of work
• manage scope, milestones, staffing, risks, dependencies, communications, and engagement financials
• define baselines and KPIs
• oversee production readiness and acceptance testing with engineering leads
• identify expansion opportunities
• report value and risks
• and develop reusable financial-services delivery playbooks.
