What you'll do

• Serve as the EasyPower subject matter expert and communicate user needs to inform product strategy. Apply electrical engineering workflows, industry practices, and standards to product direction and feature development. Provide technical input during feature definition and review requirements and designs for engineering accuracy and usability. Lead end-user testing, customer validation, workflow reviews, and feedback cycles. Identify engineering scenarios, technical risks, and release-readiness considerations. Author technical papers, case studies, and presentations
• inform go-to-market messaging
• support sales with technical enablement, demonstrations, and competitive insight. Create user guides and training materials and partner with engineering, QA, support, documentation, and training teams. Requires infrequent travel to a Bentley office location.
