The role coordinates with marketing, communications, leadership, the Board of Directors, and the First Chance Campaign to strengthen donor engagement and funding for Concordance’s work.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy with internal teams, leadership, the Board, and the First Chance Campaign
• create donor stewardship plans
• identify and secure funding from corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and grants
• plan and host fundraising events
• evaluate development efforts using data
• maintain donor records in the CRM platform.
