What you'll do

• Oversee daily retail branch operations and provide backup to the Contact Center team
• supervise, coach, and develop staff
• handle escalated member service situations
• manage department operations and support operational functions as needed
• provide training and tools for member needs identification, product promotion, communication, engagement, and compliance
• develop department goals
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and provide audit and examination reports
• maintain knowledge of processing, loan origination, core, communication, and vendor systems
• lead meetings and strategy sessions
• use data to assess performance and business strategies
• develop and maintain policies, procedures, and assessment tools
• implement process improvements
• provide backup support for critical functions and the other branch manager.
