What you'll do

• Make and service business and individual loans and lines of credit
• develop new business and retain existing relationships
• provide financial counsel
• meet monthly performance goals
• build a sales plan and referral network
• acquire and service customer relationships across bank products
• prepare account and loan documentation
• complete banking transactions and cross-sell products
• mentor lower-level Relationship Managers
• and maintain knowledge of compliance procedures, including AML/CFT/CIP.
