Part-Time Flower Merchandiser

The Part-Time Flower Merchandiser role is onsite at various locations within the assigned territory around Plainwell, MI. Pay is $35 per visit. Falcon Farms supplies floral arrangements and supports store displays that bring color and joy to customers. The role exists to keep flower displays attractive and inventory organized at each store. The merchandiser restocks and monitors flowers, reports activities by mobile device, interacts with store staff and customers, and helps with seasonal preparation and display resets.

What you'll do

• Maintain attractive flower displays
• restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
• communicate with a supervisor and report activities using a mobile device
• interact professionally with store employees, managers, and customers
• support store preparation during peak floral seasons
• participate in display setups and inventory adjustments when needed
• assist teammates with special activities when needed.
