Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process deposits and donor pledge payments
• research and record unposted deposits
• reconcile campaign results and balance sheet accounts to the general ledger
• import operational results into accounting software
• process donor statements, withdrawals, adjustments, and vendor invoices
• record intercompany charges and journal entries
• collect receivables and respond to customer inquiries
• serve as backup for Accounts Payable.

Why this role

The position reports to the Controller and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business. Three years of accounts receivable experience and Dynamics 365 experience are preferred.
