Electrical Superintendent

The Electrical Superintendent role is an onsite position based in Lake Dallas, TX, with a pay range of $41-$55/hr. This role supports the George-McKenna Electric (GME) team, which specializes in design-build and installation of turnkey electrical, security, and structured cabling systems for commercial projects. The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent leads a team of electricians to ensure all installations, maintenance, and repair work are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily operations of electrical crews on construction sites
• ensure work meets industry standards, NEC, and safety regulations
• coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedules
• monitor project progress and provide updates to management
• conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
• mentor and train junior electricians.
