Lead Childcare Teacher

The Lead Childcare Teacher role is onsite in West Lebanon, NH, with pay of $22–$26 per hour. Twin River Children’s Center provides full-time daycare and preschool care from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The teacher plans and leads developmentally appropriate learning, supports children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth, and maintains a safe, welcoming classroom. The role works with the Center Director and classroom team to support center-wide goals and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement lesson plans
• create and maintain a safe, positive, nurturing environment
• plan developmentally appropriate games and activities and daily and weekly schedules
• evaluate children’s developmental milestones
• build relationships with children, families, and staff
• comply with New Hampshire licensing standards and center policies
• collaborate with the Center Director and team
• participate in ongoing training.

Why this role
