What you'll do
- Maintain facilities and production equipment
- troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues
- support daily production and continuous improvement
- complete minor construction and equipment modifications
- assist with preventive maintenance and spare-parts inventory
- follow safety, food safety, GMP, and SOP requirements
- teach packaging technicians basic preventive maintenance
- work with production leads on root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- assist with equipment teardown, sanitation, and reassembly
- maintain maintenance records and communicate work completed.
