Material Handler

The Material Handler role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $19.00–$25.00 per hour. Advantech Industries supports CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly operations. The handler moves and organizes materials, parts, and skids throughout the facility, supporting shipping and production flow. The role helps maintain safe, efficient material movement and accurate handling of scrap, raw materials, and finished products.

What you'll do

• Collect and manage scrap materials, maintain scrap bins, prepare materials for shipment, and coordinate pickups
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment
• transport and organize raw materials, finished parts, pallets, crates, and scrap
• assist with staging, loading, and unloading shipments
• follow equipment procedures and manufacturing safety requirements.
