Dry Ice Production Lead

The Dry Ice Production Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Saint Louis, MO. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports CK Supply’s dry ice production and its distribution of industrial welding and gas-related products and technologies. The lead safely produces and schedules dry ice according to customer orders, equipment availability, and staffing, while guiding and training technicians. The position also supports reliable plant operations through equipment troubleshooting, routine maintenance, safe material handling, and clear communication of priorities and process changes.

What you'll do

• Produce and package dry ice according to customer orders
• safely operate forklifts and other machinery to load, sort, stage, and transport products
• oversee day-to-day safety and operation of dry ice plant equipment
• troubleshoot and perform routine equipment maintenance
• keep team members informed and on task
• relay relevant information to the manager
• follow and enforce safety requirements and PPE use.
