What you'll do

• Lead the engineering team supporting slurry manufacturing
• align optimization projects and development goals
• improve slurry performance, batch times, equipment reliability, utilization, and mass balance
• lead capital projects from feasibility through implementation
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and safety incidents
• support safety improvements
• coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• coach and develop direct reports.
