What you'll do

• Oversee regional center operations and implementation of Job Corps frameworks, contracts, policies, and quality standards
• develop and manage operating and capital budgets
• mentor Center Directors
• build relationships with the Department of Labor, legislators, and political leaders
• cultivate employer, corporate, and community-based partnerships
• support staff development
• ensure legal and policy compliance
• and lead retention, renewal, and market-growth initiatives.
