What you'll do

• Operate CNC Mazak lathes and make offsets with supervision from a Level II or higher machinist
• edit programs with Level III or higher verification
• operate a forklift
• follow safety and quality requirements
• read job travelers and manufacturing documentation
• inspect parts using measuring tools and visual methods
• identify and report nonconforming product
• perform basic machine maintenance
• maintain a clean work area
• operate CMM and automated inspection equipment with direction
• keep accurate records.
