Call Center Lead

What you'll do

• Build member relationships and match needs with credit union products and services
• assist with complex member issues
• handle escalated calls and management overrides
• monitor call volume
• support suspected fraud review and escalation
• prepare employee schedules
• assist with call evaluations
• open and close membership and special accounts
• support online banking, wires, foreign currency, chat, email, and secure messaging
• resolve account issues
• train new employees
• promote credit union services.
