What you'll do

• Provide on-site service to guests and residents
• coordinate with on-site and off-site property team members
• follow safety, service, and operational standards
• support front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, time-clock issues, expense coding, inventory, and ordering
• resolve escalated guest and team member issues
• assist at the front desk, inspect rooms, and support housekeeping tasks as needed.
