Compensation is $110,000–$128,000 per year. The Human Resources Business Partner is an onsite, full-time role in Philadelphia, PA, supporting The Study at University City hotel and restaurant. The property includes a 212-room hotel, CO-OP Restaurant & Lounge, and meeting and event space. The HR Business Partner leads the employee lifecycle and partners with the General Manager and department leaders on workforce planning, operational performance, compliance, and team member engagement.

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• own payroll review and submission
• oversee benefits enrollment and ACA compliance
• lead recruiting and performance management
• advise managers on employee relations
• implement Home Office HR initiatives
• maintain employment-law compliance and employee records
• report HR metrics
• support an inclusive, high-performance workplace.
