The Driver, Trainee Component is an onsite role based in DePere, WI, with a training pay rate of $18.00/hour, increasing to $21.00/hour post-training. The trainee gains exposure to warehouse and operational functions, learns to operate tractor-trailers safely, and assists in the accurate and timely distribution of products to customer locations.

What you'll do

• Maneuver tractor-trailers
• inspect equipment pre/post-trip
• operate Driver Delivery Handheld (DDH) devices
• train with a Driver Trainer
• maintain driver logs
• assist in unloading and delivering products
• provide customer service.
