What you'll do
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff
- monitor scorecard and KPI performance
- coach team members and support performance targets
- contribute to member retention and service resolution
- assist with scheduling, labor management, lead generation, member acquisition, and staff development
- oversee inventory, supplies, front desk activities, cleaning, equipment work orders, and facility standards
- and ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.
