The Student Assistant, The Hub role is onsite at the CentreTech Campus in Aurora, CO, and pays $17.50 per hour. The Hub at the Community College of Aurora provides tutoring, library, and study and meeting services for students and instructors. The assistant staffs the reception desk and provides clerical, technology, research, and library support so students can access Hub services and campus resources. This work-study position is limited to eligible Community College of Aurora students.

What you'll do

• Greet and direct visitors
• answer the reception phone and transfer calls or take messages
• schedule tutoring and research appointments
• provide clerical support
• assist with student computer needs and basic research
• check books and DVDs in and out and reshelve them
• answer questions about Hub and campus services
• assist with projects and attend Hub training meetings.
