What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries by email, chat, and phone
• provide accurate, empathetic answers and troubleshoot concerns
• review plan documents and process distribution requests
• gather and analyze information, research issues with internal teams, and follow up within promised deadlines
• create tickets, meet quality and service-level requirements, and provide product feedback based on client interactions.
