What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned home repair and rehabilitation projects from start to completion
• assess homes and verify scopes of work
• visit sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• coordinate contractors, schedules, permits, and inspections
• track materials, invoices, expenses, budgets, and funding compliance
• maintain project documentation, photos, and reports in internal systems
• communicate updates to homeowners and program staff
• help coordinate volunteer build days and community repair events.
