What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• register guests and assign rooms
• explain hotel facilities and amenities
• coordinate room status and special requests with housekeeping
• maintain reservation systems
• perform cashiering and cash handling
• answer and route calls
• make reservations
• promote property services and Lucky Star Rewards
• maintain confidential guest information
• file folios and daily paperwork
• coordinate group bookings
• assist with disputes
• follow hotel, casino, and regulatory policies.

Why this role
