CNC Mill Operator

The CNC Mill Operator role is onsite in Frankfort, IL, with pay of $35–$40 per hour. The operator sets up and runs CNC milling equipment to produce precision components while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards. The role contributes to reliable production through inspection, troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and process-improvement support.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC milling equipment
• load and unload materials, fixtures, tooling, and components
• verify programs and setup requirements
• interpret blueprints and work instructions
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• monitor machine performance and product quality
• troubleshoot machining issues
• maintain production records and perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
