What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across data center campuses, including network, field, deployment, and infrastructure support
• ensure safe and reliable 24x7 operations
• manage incident response, risk mitigation, business continuity, and service quality
• oversee staffing, scheduling, capacity, and execution
• serve as primary operational contact for assigned clients
• lead operational and business reviews
• manage escalations
• develop service leads, technical leads, and technicians
• support hiring and onboarding
• manage budgets, labor forecasts, and resource utilization
• monitor KPIs and scorecards
• ensure policy, customer, safety, and audit compliance
• and drive process improvement, automation, and standardization.
