Senior HVAC Estimator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Analyze blueprints, engineered drawings, specifications, and other documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop itemized labor, material, and equipment costs
• prepare and present estimates
• identify bid risks, assumptions, exclusions, and opportunities
• solicit and review vendor and subcontractor proposals
• coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings as required
• maintain cost records and review completed projects to improve estimating accuracy.
