FMI Consulting’s Energy & Power team works with organizations across the built environment to provide strategic insights, support growth, and address business challenges. Travel may reach up to 50%, depending on client needs. The Engagement Manager leads multi-workstream client programs, coordinating teams and deliverables while serving as the primary day-to-day client contact. The role supports successful project delivery, client relationships, account health, team development, and growth of the Energy & Power practice.

What you'll do

• Lead internal project teams across workstreams
• coordinate resources, milestones, deliverables, and quality
• participate in project scoping
• plan client communications and lead kickoff meetings
• develop engagement plans
• maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• manage program delivery, presentations, meetings, and client value realization
• support account health, proposals, business development, renewals, and practice growth
• mentor junior team members.
