What you'll do

• Register patients for ancillary services, emergency room registration, and house admissions
• verify insurance and document account activity
• prepare and explain consent and Medicare forms
• scan patient and insurance documents into electronic systems
• accept payments and balance cash drawers
• answer telephone calls
• monitor switchboard alarm panels
• provide temporary relief for switchboard and concierge services.
