What you'll do

• Promote and lease coworking space, conduct tours, follow up with leads, manage renewals and extensions, and build referral relationships. Support member engagement and onboarding
• oversee daily space operations, vendors, work orders, and repairs
• coordinate local marketing
• monitor metrics and prepare reports
• manage tenant and member accounts receivable.
