What you'll do

• Assist the Program Director with daily operations
• support clinical interventions for children and families in crisis
• provide field backup for crisis stabilization
• maintain Crisis Assessment Tool certification and monitor staff certification
• provide clinical supervision and training
• review crisis plans and outcomes
• coordinate training
• support staffing, evaluations, quality improvement, and on-call coverage.
